To log-in to the App you simply use your log in and pin/password. (i.e. your email address associated with your Locate Profile). Your login details will be included in the final email sent out prior to the event. If you cannot remember your password, simply click the ‘reset password’ option on the login page of the App.
A copy of the program is available in the Conference App. If you would like hard copy of the program, you can visit the Registration Desk to receive a print out.
YES! See the program page on the website for more information. A certificate of attendance will be emailed out at the end of the conference.
On the conference program and App, you can find all the details needed to attend the session, including the time and room it is being held in.

The dress code for the event is smart casual.
For the APSEA Gala dinner, we do ask that you wear black tie attire.

No, the Welcome Function is included for all registered conference delegates. We do ask that you indicate your attendance during your online registration.
Yes, you need to wear your lanyard at all times as this grants you access to the Locate Conference.

The dietary requirement catering station will be clearly marked with the appropriate dietary specifications in the Exhibition Hall.
You are able to provide feedback via the Conference Survey that will be emailed out post-event.
Identify yourself at to the staff at the Registration Desk where you will be shown the Presenter’s Prep room. A technician will be present in the room at all times. You will be able to upload your presentation.
Yes, all delegates will be able to access the Adelaide Convention Centre’s Wi-Fi while at the venue. Please see the conference App for the log in details.
Yes. If you are driving to the Centre, ACC offer two undercover car parking options with the North Terrace and the Riverbank car parks. Both are located directly under the Centre and are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Clearance is 2.0 metres and automated payment stations accept credit/debit cards (1.5% surcharge for Visa, Mastercard, Diners and Amex).

Available 7 days for entry between 5.30am-9:30am and exit between 2.30pm-6:30pm. Outside of these times casual parking charges will apply.

Thanks to the support of Onneer, Locate delegates will be able to get a barista brewed coffee throughout the conference from the coffee cart within the exhibition hall. The coffee cart is open the following times:
- Wednesday 10 May – 1.00pm – 5.00pm
- Thursday 11 May – 8.15am – 4.00pm
- Friday 12 May – 9.00am – 2.15pm
